Advertising Office Coordinator
The Advertising Office Coordinator is a key member of our advertising team as they will support the job functions and administration of the Galpin Advertising department. The Advertising Office Coordinator will support the needs of the Marketing, Event, Creative and Digital teams within the Advertising department by providing resources and supplies as needed. This role will also maintain the upkeep of the department, storage space and inventory of supplies.
Maintain project request flow for graphic designers
Distribution of internal and external communications
Mail pickup up
Assist with Event marketing
Manage and maintain the office space cleanliness and inventory
Answer majority of office phone calls
Knowledge of Microsoft Suite and Google Suite applications
Organized and able to multitask
Able to work in a fast paced environment
